CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from helping other clients. Please understand that therapists only get paid when they deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked. The exception to this during pandemic times if if you suspect you are ill.

Missed appointment fees will NOT to be direct billed to extended health providers.
