This gathering will be for approximately 1 hour.
We'll begin with a check-in & soft grounding exercise as we move into a Yoga Nidra practice. To complete, I will offer some journal prompts or you can simply rest in the rich darkness of the night.
What to bring:
- All you need is a space to comfortably lay
- A cozy blanket
- A pen & paper for optional journaling
-Light a candle.
- Burn a stick of incense or have grounding essential oils close.
- Have a warm beverage nearby.
This is a free gathering, however, an exchange is always welcome in the form of a donation, only if you feel called. If you are not able to join the date & time chosen, there will be a recording sent out the following day for those who have signed up.
About the guide.
Brit was born into a family dynamic that exposed her to the many layers of mental health imbalances, the disempowerment of healing, and the incredible resilience of the human spirit. She learned early on that she was here to help others connect with their ailments in order to heal.
Her mission is to infuse transparency & compassion in order to eliminate the shame and stigma that clings to our collective sufferings.
Brit believes that words & nature are doorways to awaken our deepest, most profound self-discoveries. She finds her inspiration in the raw, messy emotions of being human, and finds deep healing through the wisdom and intelligence of plants.
She is a certified meditation guide and uses her lifelong experiences with mental health, love for writing, and relationship with plant medicine as allies in her offerings.
